1.1 Why are the tires and wheels not stored in the same way?

In order to evoke optimal wheel/tire storage, it must be adapted to the object to be stored. Complete wheels are stored stacked in an optimal manner. Since the weight of the rim and tire together can lead to tire deformation when stored upright, they are stored stacked.

Only the tires themselves (without rims), on the other hand, are stored upright on the shelf. Since the tires themselves do not have a large dead weight, they can be stored upright without any problems. If, on the other hand, they are stacked, deformation can occur because the further down a tire is located, the more weight is placed on it by the ones on top.

1.2 Are the wheels and tires that have already been stored automatically stored again after the wheel or tire change?

Yes, after the initial storage, the wheels or tires are automatically brought to the wheel and tire hotel. This means that you have more space with you in the garage and you can rest assured that it will be optimally stored.

Of course you can  also end storage, but only no later than 4 weeks before the wheel or tire is to be changed. We will then unload your wheels or tires after you have changed your wheel or tire.
